Course Description
This course is designed for students in current grades 5th-6th who have previous experience on their band instrument, AND for students in incoming grades 6th-12th who have NEVER played a band instrument before and have decided to join the Oregon Bands for the first time in the Fall of 2024. From the foundation of instrument assembly, maintenance, & first sounds all the way to learning notes & rhythms on their instrument, this class will help students on their way to being ready to participate in Band class in the fall.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
