Course Description
Fast ForWord is a computer based class supported by Speech/Language Pathologists. This is an evidence based program that helps retrain brains for auditory processing for speech, language, pre-reading, and reading skills. This class builds on itself having 7 available programs to match the individual student's need. If your child can sustain attention to a computer based learning activity for 10-30 minutes, this class could benefit their language/listening/reading skills. Please check in with your child's classroom teacher, and or case manager/SLP to see if they agree about this benefits of this program for your child.
