Course Description
This program is designed for ALL students entering grades 7-12 in the fall. The course will focus on improving the athletic ability of all participants. Students will practice various pre-exercise warm-up routines, learn proper exercise technique for both strength and power exercises, develop sport specific conditioning, and use speed, agility and plyometric training protocols to improve athletic performance. Whatever your athletic goals, Strength & Conditioning class will help get you there as Craig High School Varsity coaches will work with athletes in all sessions.This course is offered at Craig High School and meets M-TH.
