Course Description
Credit-deficient courses are specifically designed for making up failed classes; they cannot be chosen to earn advanced or additional credits. These online classes, which are 0.5 credits only, include available lab hours for assistance and exams.Daily computer work is expected, with students required to stay on pace and maintain passing grades; daily attendance will be recorded. Failure to remain on pace will result in immediate removal from the summer school program.
Classes are scheduled from June 10 to July 25, with office hours available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:45 pm. There are no classes on Fridays or on July 4th.
All students within the School District of Janesville are eligible for summer course registration with ARISE Virtual Academy. Refer to the course catalog at ariseva.com for a comprehensive list of offerings.
Requirements apply for grades 9-12, applicable for Fall 2024.
