Course Description

This program is designed for ALL students entering grades 7-12 in the fall. The course will focus on improving the athletic ability of all participants. Students will practice various pre-exercise warm-up routines, learn proper exercise technique for both strength and power exercises, develop sport specific conditioning, and use speed, agility and plyometric training protocols to improve athletic performance. Whatever your athletic goals, Strength & Conditioning class will help get you there.
This course is offered at Parker High School from June 10 - July 19. No classes will be held on July 4 and July 5.
Students are encouraged to sign up for the following times:
Sessions:
Session 1 11/12 Boys 7:30 - 9:00 M-F
Session 2 10 Boys 8:15 - 9:45 M-F
Session 3 10/12 Girls 9:00 - 10:30 M-TH
Session 4 9 Girls 9:45 - 11:15 M-TH
Session 5 9 Boys 10:30 - 12:00 M-TH
Session 6 7/8 Boys & Girls 12:15 - 1:30 M-TH
