2017 Summer School Registration
Welcome! The Waunakee Community School District is excited to share our online summer school and swim registration website.
Summer School Registration opens April 18th at 6:00 pm and closes on April 30 at midnight. High school and weight training reigistration is open until June 15. Families are welcome to create an account prior to registration opening, but class registration will not open until 6:00 PM. If you want to add or drop classes after registration has closed, contact Denise Mehlhoff at email@example.com or 608-849-2063.
The Summer school registration technical difficulties have been resolved. We are planning on registration opening on Tuesday, April 18th starting at 6:00 pm. Your basic account information with student name, address, and student identification number has been saved in the system. In order to offer all families an equal opportunity to sign up for all courses, all sign ups entered prior to April 18th have been/will be removed. If you previously signed up for courses, you will need to register again. Any payments made on April 6th will be credited toward your account. Those credits will be applied towards your new registration fees.
New this year
Everyone must start with Create Account to create a 2017 Summer School account. Usernames and passwords will now carry over future years. Your user id should be an email address in order to receive registration confirmation.
You will need each child's school district student ID# for registration. By entering their student id # and birth date, you will be able to "claim" your student. The system will now auto fill their information that has been provided in the Infinite Campus parent portal account.
How do I find out my student's id #?
For Waunakee Community School District families currently in Infinite Campus: go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. You can access the portal by clicking on the bright green Infinite Campus icon found on the district web page. It is at the top right of the screen directly above the search box. Sign into your account. Select the student in the drop down box. The student number is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. Note: Younger siblings will also have their own student number.
If you are private schooled, out of district, home schooled or new to the district, contact Julie Gengler at firstname.lastname@example.org or 608-849-2470 for a student ID number. She will need your child's name, date of birth, current grade level, male/female and parent/guardian address information. If you contact her prior to March 20, your student id will be set up in time to register on April 6. If you set up your student id after March 20, there may be a delay as to when you can register.
Registration involves five basic steps - parent information, student information, enroll in classes, transportation and payment - to complete your child’s enrollment in summer school courses.
Students are registered based on their current grade level.
